A tracking link is supplied in your dispatch email. It will allow you to track your delivery via the delivery courier’s website. Dependent upon the delivery option you chose at the checkout and whether you supplied a mobile phone number, the delivery courier may contact you by email or text message.

Please note: If you have selected an untracked service such as our Saver delivery option, no tracking information will appear here. We recommend that you check with your local postal service for updates on your parcel, however if 15 working days have passed since the dispatch date please contact Customer Service.

Select ‘Delivery & Shipping’ followed by ‘What are the delivery timescales for my order’ for specific timescales on the individual delivery services for your delivery country.
- If a parcel is showing as delivered and you haven’t received it, please firstly check with any other members of the household, around the property and with neighbours.
- If your delivery is to a business address, please check with your colleagues and reception.
- If you need to contact Customer Service about a delivery, please include your order number as this will help us assist you quicker.
