Update Thursday 24th August
We have now shipped the vast majority of the orders placed between Friday and Monday, but we still have some in our system that are top priority to dispatch, we are aiming to have all of these done today and we are sorry for any delays on these orders. Orders placed on Tuesday and Wednesday are still on track to be released within 48-72 hours, as always you will receive your dispatch email once we have sent your parcels to you.
Update, Wednesday 23rd August
We have been working round the clock to get your orders out, but with all new things there are some surprises we didn’t expect which have slowed us down a little.
- If you placed your order between Friday and Monday and haven’t already had your dispatch email you will receive this by the end of today.
- For all order placed after Monday we aim to have your order dispatched within 48-72 hrs.
Update, Monday 21st August
We have been working all weekend to and are now up and running! We are starting to dispatch orders today so your BB haul will be with you soon, please look out for your dispatch email. If you don’t get your dispatch email today don’t worry we are working as fast as we can to get all orders out so please bear with us.
We want to bring you the best service possible, so from time to time we have to sprinkle some magic dust over our warehouse to make this happen.
This means there will be a slight delay if you ordered your beauty haul after 8pm on Thursday 17th August, as we will be limiting the delivery services on offer. We’ll communicate in our normal way and let you know once your order has left our building and winging its way to you. See below for more detail on how this might affect your order.
- Orders can still be placed during our warehouse upgrade but we will be unable to dispatch any parcels after 8pm on Thursday 17th August 2017 until Monday 21st August.
- Last orders for Next Day and Express services need to be placed by 8pm on Thursday 17th August 2017. After this time, all express delivery options will be removed from site. Express services will be available on site again when dispatch recommences on or after Monday 21st August.
- We aim to recommence dispatch of parcels from Monday 21st August 2017. Please come back to this page for further status updates.
- Please note, during this period we are unable to process any refunds. If you are in contact with the customer service team and are due a refund, this will be processed as soon as possible. The team will advise you of this and a follow up email will be sent to confirm once your refund has been actioned.
- It is not possible to cancel or make any amendments to an existing order during this period.
