Due to the high volume of orders expected, our premium delivery services may not be available during this time.
Usual dispatch and delivery times for all service types will not be adhered to during this period.
Our warehouse team will be working as hard as they can to ensure that all orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, but this will depend on the volume of orders placed during this time.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification e-mail. Please do not e-mail us to ask when your order will be dispatched as we will not be able to provide a specific timescale for this.
Please make sure that your e-mail address is correct to ensure you receive all dispatch and delivery notification e-mails from ourselves and any delivery couriers (on applicable services).
There are limited delivery options available at this time.
- UK Tracked(3 - 7 days after dispatch)
- UK Local Collection (delivered to a collection shop of your choice 3 - 7 days after dispatch)
Any applicable tracking information will be included in your Dispatch notification e-mail. You can also track this from our help page under 'Where's my order?'.
The tracking information is not usually available until the late evening/early hours of the following morning after the order has been dispatched, so please don't worry if the tracking number does not work straight away.
For UK Local Collection, if you have entered a mobile phone number you will receive an SMS message to confirm when the order has arrived at the Parcel Shop and is available for collection.

There will be limited delivery options during this time.
- International Delivery (5-7 working days after dispatch within Europe, 7-10 working days after dispatch for Rest of World) – This service is not tracked.
Please note, there is no tracking available for International Saver orders. Please do not contact us to request tracking information as we will not be able to provide any.

- It is not possible to cancel or make any amendments to an existing order during this period.
There is a maximum number of items that you will be able to purchase during this sale period. The standard limit is 3 pieces of any single item per customer, however this may be restricted to just 1 or 2 pieces on certain products. This applies across all orders. Any orders placed which exceed this limit will be cancelled without notice.
Any item purchased during this sale period will be eligible for return under our Christmas Returns Policy.
Items purchased during this time can be returned until the 15th January 2018.
We must receive notification of your intent to return by the 15th January 2018.
To be eligible for return, items must be unopened and unused.
Please note, discount codes can be used during this promotional period, however, you will only receive discount off the original price and not the sale price.
