If you find in your online account that you order has been cancelled unexpectedly, then this may be due to several reasons:
It could be a security problem with your payment details, as all our orders are screened for Fraud and if the details entered are not correct, then this can lead to the order being cancelled for both our own and the card holders security.
We normally only sell products that are in stock, however, occasionally it is possible that an item is out of stock or found faulty prior to dispatch in the warehouse and, therefore, could be cancelled.
We reserve the right to refuse service if an order is thought to be fraudulent or not in line with our terms and conditions.
If payment has been made by card, then as we only charge on dispatch of an order, no charge will have been made for a cancelled order. If payment is via Paypal, then a refund will be issued normally within 2 working days if not already done so.
