Beauty Bay Blackout: Black Friday / Cyber Monday Weekend Promotional Period - Terms & Conditions
The Beauty Bay Blackout Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotional period will run from 13:00 GMT on Thursday 24th November until 23:59 GMT on Monday 28th November.
The following terms apply to all orders placed during this sale period:
Premium/Express delivery services will be unavailable
It’s going to be a busy weekend! Due to the high volume of orders expected during the Blackout, our premium delivery services (Next Day and International Express) will not be available during this time.
UK orders* — During the Blackout delivery options will be limited to UK Delivery and UK Local Collection.
- UK Delivery (2 working days after dispatch)
- UK Local Collection (delivered to a collection shop of your choice 2 working days after dispatch)
* Please note, delivery time is 2 working days after your order has been dispatched, not 2 days from when your order is placed.
International orders — There will be limited delivery options available during the Blackout period.
- International Delivery (5–7 working days after dispatch within Europe, 7–10 working days after dispatch for Rest of World) — This service is not tracked.
Usual dispatch and delivery times for all service types won’t be implemented during this period
We know how much you love unboxing your beauty hauls, so we’re working hard to make sure that your orders are dispatched as fast as possible! However this will be dependent upon the volume of orders placed during this time so please bear with us.
When your order leaves our warehouse we will send you a dispatch notification e–mail. Unfortunately, even if you send us a lovely reply, we are unable to provide a specific timescale for your dispatch date so sit tight and don’t worry, your order is on its way!
Please double (and triple!) check that you enter your correct e–mail address when placing your order to make sure you receive all dispatch and delivery notification e–mails from ourselves and any delivery couriers (on applicable services).
Premier Service is currently unavailable
In order to get your order packed and dispatched as fast as possible, our Premier Service will not be available during the promotional period.
Multiples of a single product will be limited per transaction
We know you love to stock up on your favourite products (so do we!), but there are limits on certain items during the Blackout period. The standard limit is 3 pieces of any single item, however this may be restricted to 1 or 2 pieces on certain products. We want to make sure as many of you have a chance to buy our products as possible! This applies across all orders, and any orders placed which exceed this limit will be cancelled.
Any item purchased during the Blackout period will be eligible for return under our Christmas Returns Policy.
No other promotions or discounts are available
No promotions outside of the Blackout offers will be running on Beauty Bay during the Blackout period.
No discount codes will be valid during the Blackout period.
The Beauty Bay Blackout offer is only valid on specified participating brands and products. Although exclusions apply and this is not a site wide offering, there are over 5000 discounted products across the site during the Blackout. Take the opportunity to discover something new!
As a heads up, we only have limited quantities available and promotional pricing will only run whilst stock lasts, so snap it up fast!
