Usual dispatch and delivery times for all service types will not be adhered to during this period
Our warehouse team will be working as hard as they can to ensure that all orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, but this will depend on the volume of orders placed during this time.
When your order is dispatched you will receive a dispatch notification e-mail. Please do not e-mail us to ask when your order will be dispatched as we will not be able to provide a specific timescale for this.
Please make sure that your e-mail address is correct to ensure you receive all dispatch and delivery notification e-mails from ourselves and any delivery couriers (on applicable services).
There are limited delivery options available at this time.
- UK Tracked (2 days after dispatch)
- UK Local Collection (delivered to a collection shop of your choice 2 working days after dispatch)
Any applicable tracking information will be included in your Dispatch notification e-mail.
The tracking information is not usually available until the late evening/early hours of the following morning after the order has been dispatched, so please don't worry if the tracking number does not work straight away.
For UK Local Collection, if you have entered a mobile phone number you will receive an SMS message to confirm when the order has arrived at the Parcel Shop and is available for collection.

- International Delivery (5-7 working days after dispatch within Europe, 7-10 working days after dispatch for Rest of World) – This service is not tracked.
Please note, there is no tracking available for International Saver orders. Please do not contact us to request tracking information as we will not be able to provide any.

During this period our aim is to process and pack your order as soon as possible, to get it on its way to you.
There is a very limited amount of time where we may be able to amend or cancel your order, however, this is only possible under certain circumstances and we are only able to amend certain things.
Please get in touch using the contact us form at the bottom of this page, and make sure you select either "Amendments to Order" or "Cancellation" as the Reason as this will ensure your request is dealt with urgently.
We might be able to amend your delivery address or cancel an order, but we are NOT able to swap items, add items or change the shipping option.
If your order has already been picked and packed in our warehouse or you have received a Dispatch notification email, then unfortunately, we will not be able to amend or cancel the order.
Beauty Bay’s Premier Service will not be available during the promotional period, so regardless of the order value free gifts will not be included.
There is a maximum number of items that you will be able to purchase during this sale period. The standard limit is 3 pieces of any single item per customer, however this may be restricted to just 1 or 2 pieces on certain products. This applies across all orders. Any orders placed which exceed this limit will be cancelled without notice.
Any item purchased during this sale period will be eligible for return under our Christmas Returns Policy.
Items purchased during this time can be returned until the 15th January 2017.
We must receive notification of your intent to return by the 15th January 2017.
To be eligible for return, items must be unopened and unused.
No promotions outside of the Blackout offers will be running on the Beauty Bay website during this sale period.
No discount codes will be valid during this sale period.
The Beauty Bay Blackout offer is only valid on specified participating brands and products. Although exclusions apply and this is not a site wide offering, you will find over 6000 discounted products across the site.
