Why have you changed the site?
It’s out with the old, in with the new; here at BEAUTY BAY we’re all about staying ahead of the competition and making sure we’re the ones pushing for change. We’ll never settle for boring, so we’re rolling out a brand-new look.
We’re all about being extra. Why settle for ordinary when you can be extraordinary.
How can I view the old version of the site?
We totally get it, change is different, but we’re all about staying ahead of the curve. We know you'll love the new site just as much as we do once you’re used to it. Besides, why go back to basics when we’ve got a brand-new look? 💅
Why are there two different sides?
To help you shop savvy, we’ve improved the website so you can discover all sorts of newness and inspire your own beauty obsessions with more content throughout.
Now you can shop ‘til you drop on your left under Shop, whilst on your right on you can Discover new products, brands, and releases.
Will this affect how I can shop?
Of course not. We’ll still be selling the same brands and products that you love. Your beauty fixes won’t be going anywhere!
With no side bar, how do I scroll down the page?
Our new site works best on tablets or smartphones, as both sides will scroll independently of one another. All your beauty needs are quite literally at your fingertips, and we think it couldn’t be better. Don’t worry though! You can still scroll using a mouse wheel or the arrow keys on your keyboard if needed.
How do I change the country/currency?
Next to ‘Help & Other Stuff’ you will see a handy little flag, give it a click. Now you can select the destination country for your haul – just make sure it’s the right one!
How do I log into my account?
Just click the figure icon at the top of the page and it’ll direct you to our Log In page. It’s as simple as that. 💁♀️
Will I have to create a new account?
Not at all! We’re still the same BEAUTY BAY and your account will still be active with us.
What about my TRIBE points?
As TRIBE is connected to your account, there’s no need to worry about your points. They’ll still be where you need ‘em. 🔥
How can I search for something on the site?
The magnifying glass icon at the top of the webpage will let you search across the whole site for whatever you need, but the newest discoveries can be found in Discover. 🔍
How do I checkout my bag now?
See that bag in the top right? Click it and you’re ready to go!
Where can I view my order history?
Your hauls are right where you left ‘em! Just log in to your account and head into your account overview. Everything is right where it should be, so don’t worry about losing your haul history.
Where is my Wish List?
At the top of the site, we’ve got your Wish List ready and waiting with the heart icon. It’s only a tap away, just between your Account and Bag.
Why can’t I have more than one wish list?
We’re streamlining our Wish Lists into one, saving you on all that clutter.
If you had several lists going, they’ll all have been combined into one complete list, so you won’t lose a single product!
Where is the help page?
In the top right-hand corner, click ‘ABOUT’ and a drop down will show the help section.
What is EDITed?
EDITed is your go-to hotspot for all the beauty trends, tips, and tricks that you’ll ever need to know. It's our own publication bursting with articles written by the beauty obsessed, for the beauty obsessed.
